Grown and produced in North America J.R. Short's SunliteTM Whole Ground Corn adds great tasting nutritional value and a lower cost source for whole grain in cereals, baked goods, nutritional bars, snacks, batters and mixes. Sunlite TM Whole Ground Corn is a good source of Vitamin A and carotenoids, a good source of fiber, naturally free of gluten and trans fat. Heat stabilized for extended shelf life, J.R. Short's Whole Ground Corn can be toasted for flavor and is available in yellow or white. Various granulations are available - call us to discuss granulation for specific applications and production processes.
