Grown and produced in North America, J.R. Short's CERATEX® corn flour and meal are pre-gelatinized to easily absorb other flavors. Used in a number of applications, CERATEX® corn flours, meals and grits are available in high or low absorption forms. They include no additives, are naturally gluten-free, and are Kosher/Halal.
Applications include baby foods, bakery products, batters and breadings, brewing, cookies and crackers, snack/energy bars, health foods, mixes and snack foods.
