Stabilized Corn & Wheat Germ
Grown and produced in North America, J.R. Short Stabilized Corn and Wheat Germ products offer a natural way to add flavor, fiber and/or protein to dry mixes, baked goods and cereals while increasing shelf-life. Through a unique process, J.R. Short deactivates enzymes, thereby reducing microbial activity and extending shelf-life in both the germ and further processed end product. The result is delicious baked goods and cereals with the nutty, whole-grain goodness consumers demand.

Stabilized Corn & Wheat Bran
Add fiber to dry mixes, baked goods and cereal with J.R. Short Stabilized Corn and Wheat Bran. Processed from high-quality grain, these bran products are stabilized and enzymes are deactivated to extended shelf life in both the bran and the end products in which they are included. These bran products are available in a variety of grain sizes and deliver a total dietary fiber of 80-85%. Our Corn Bran is gluten free and available in both yellow and white, while our Wheat Bran is available in bright colors for decorative topping or seasoning extension. All of our Bran products are Kosher/Halal approved and have a shelf life of 9 months.
